Contract
The apartment is rented for a maximum of ten persons.
In no case the number of persons admitted will exceed this maximum.
Domestic animals are not admitted in the apartment.
The Sublease of the apartment is not allowed, whether partial or total.
The tenant must respect the neighbours' community regime,
observing and fulfilling the civic rules of respectful behaviour, and being responsible
for the consequences that could derive from disregarding these basic vicinity rules.
The guarantee:
the guarantee deposit covers the estimated cost of
possible losses or damages produced in the apartment during the stay of the tenant.
The quantity will be communicated by sufficient anticipation and given at the delivery of the keys.
El contract:
The contract contains the rules, rent conditions and stock list of the apartment.
The signing of the contract will take place before the delivery of the keys on behalf of:
On one hand, the tenant with legal authority to do so, presenting the official documents,
such as DNI (number of identification card), Passport, etc ...This information will be reported previously in the
reservation request; and
On the other hand the owner or person authorized by this one.
In case the signing or complete payment of the rent and guarantee deposit is
not effected, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund of the same.
Damage:
In case of breakdowns the lesser will take technical personnel to the apartment to repair the damage as soon as possible
